"We are thrilled to introduce the latest album "Ouroboros" by Text Chunk & Sven K, this psychedelic collection of seven tracks is a journey through a wild range of musical styles, from the hypnotic bass-heavy club tracks to the laid-back melancholic atmospheric zones. Through seamless sonic blends of Techno, Jungle, Downtempo, Ambient, and Footwork, each track explores the beauty of repetition, inviting you to delve into the tribulations and revel in it's hypnotic essence. The perpetual motion of the tracks embodies life's cyclical nature of creation and destruction in equal measures, captivating you with its enchanting experience. Recording for this album took place in London, UK at Strongroom's 'Studio 3' and across various home studios in Edmonton, Canada & Vancouver, Canada between 2017-2021. Track 2, written and produced with Hood Joplin. Artwork by Tim Lindacher. The album is mixed and mastered by Text Chunk, except for "Ultramyst," which was mastered by TJ Hertz aka Objekt."
